A SaaS based company in El Segundo is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their customer success team. They are looking for somebody who is an exceptionally motivated self-starter with the ability to serve their growing client services department. Ideal candidate must be goal oriented, very organized, and a good problem solver who works well independently as well as in a team environment. this person must have customer service experience as you will be the customer/end-users direct point of contact.
· 1-3 years of past customer service experience.
· Passion for customer service and helping others.
· Strong examples/experience dealing with irate customers or going above and beyond for a customer/client.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
· Strong skills in multi-tasking, organizational skills, and time management.
· Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
· Passion to learn and develop quickly.
This job will start off contract to perm. The contract will go minimally 12 months, but this client has been known to convert those who are performing well to perm within 6 months. The hourly rate will be $15-17/hr DOE and the candidate should also expect medical benefits and will accrue sick time.
